Diane is the Senior Field Supervisor for Loving Arms Elder Care. She is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new caregivers. It is her responsibility to ensure caregiver compliance in the field, thus maintaining the high standard of care expected of Loving Arms caregivers.

Before joining Loving Arms, Diane was employed in the pharmaceutical industry for over 24 years as a chemist and laboratory supervisor. Her previous supervisory experience, analytical skills and meticulous record-keeping have prepared her well for her current role. She joined Loving Arms because of her passion for caring for seniors.

In her time as a caregiver, she always strived to provide her clients with exceptional care and to bring a little joy into their days. Her most memorable client experiences usually involved singing or dancing together or sharing a good laugh.

In her free time, Diane enjoys singing, baking, crafting, home improvement projects and spending time with her dog.
