As part of your personalized senior care plan, we will assist you in developing an exercise and fitness program to meet your specific needs. We are also able to follow a plan that has already been put in place by your Doctor or Physical Therapist.
This can include:
- Walking in the park or the mall
- Range of motion exercises
- Strength training
We can also drive you to your local YMCA to participate in one of their exercise programs.
