We take a personalized approach in all aspects of care. It starts on day one with a care plan that is created by Aimee Read, the president and care manager. That care plan is then taken by the caregivers and developed into a personalized daily routine with the help of the client and their family.

 

For the next 2 weeks the routine is fine tuned until it reaches a point that everyone feels confident will bring consistency into the client's daily life. This routine also helps us measure both short term and long term goals that are established at the onset of care.
